Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe finding the right therapist starts with feeling comfortable enough to simply be yourself. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to create meaningful change.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions about identity and belonging. I especially enjoy working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and strive to provide a space where clients feel safe, affirmed, and free to explore who they are without fear of judgment. I also have specialized training in ADHD assessment through Evergreen Certifications.

Clients often tell me they appreciate that I'm easy to talk to, genuine, and approachable. I believe therapy is a partnership built on trust, compassion, and curiosity. While our work together may include difficult conversations, I also believe healing can include moments of laughter, hope, and discovering strengths you may not have realized you already possess.

She provides therapeutic services under the direct clinical supervision of Joe Zummo, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #129038).

Professional Background

Before becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade working in restorative justice and community mediation, helping youth and families navigate conflict, strengthen communication, and repair relationships. Those experiences continue to shape my work today and have given me a deep appreciation for the power of curiosity, empathy, and connection.

My clinical training has included counseling adolescents and adults in both high school and college settings, where I supported students through academic stress, anxiety, relationship concerns, identity development, and major life transitions. These experiences reinforced my belief that meaningful change happens when people feel heard, understood, and accepted.

Whether you're seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or a significant life transition, my goal is to create a collaborative space where you can gain insight, build resilience, and move toward the life you want.
